Some local teacher just got arrested for having a hidden camera in his guest bathroom at home. He should have claimed that he was trying to catch illegal dumpers!

Apparently not. It's a felony in Texas to record someone where there is the expectation of privacy, like a bathroom or bedroom. But especially if they're underage, lol.
