What a BS policy! MODOT , I can assure you will not enforce the rules. Charlack still had an unmanned vehicle sitting with it's speed camera van and MODOT did not shut Charlacks Camera down like they threatened.

MODOT has got to be getting paid off some how. They have approved the policy for speed cameras and red light cameras. Now it's time to watch MODOT my friends! They want to allow our money to be taken. Then it's time to nail them for everything they screw up on!
