It's all right. They have a policy that it's okay to Drink and Drive while using a patrol car provided you are off duty. Anyone know any other job where you can even use the company car off-duty? Let alone not get reprimanded severely (or most likely get fired) just on the accusation you were drinking and driving the company car?
ANY other job would have taken a complaint like this VERY seriously... instead of saying drinking and driving isn't against policy.
