Oh that sucks,,,, But the camera in Philly are set up right and they are operated by the city not some third party company since they would never make money on it in PA, the rules are too strict.

Very interesting... I didn't get the memo on this one. I guess we'll see what happens in the full Senate...chances are it'll pass.
