Either they're talking about some seriously powerful RADAR jammers that nobody's using, or that's utter bulls hit."Not only does it scramble a device, but it can damage a radar device," said the law's author, state Rep. Linda Harper Brown, R-Irving.
This whole article makes it sound as if there are hundreds of extremely powerful radar jammers out on the road. Who are these people? They're certainly not represented on this forum. Sounds like they used a load of hogwash to sell this law.
