Default Tales of the "Only Ones" Cop Speeds @ 120 to Off-Duty Job

On October 11 Florida State Trooper Donna Watts saw a Miami police car speeding on a highway, Thinking the vehicle might have been stolen, Watts gave chase -- at speeds of up to 120 miles an hour. Instead of a car thief, Miami police officer Fausto Lopez was behind the wheel. He explained he was speeding to an off-duty job.

He was off duty. If that were a normal person in a normal car, they probably would have been arrested, maybe not with gun drawn, but he got what he deserved. I have no problem with this.

I completely agree. The cops should not be able to enforce the very laws they do not follow themselves. They should be setting an example.

I'm pretty sure he was arrested and charged with reckless driving.

That video has gone Viral on many police websits I have read comments where some think the cop should have received professional courtesy.... Well at 85 MPH... fine! At 120 no way!
