What a crappy judge. There are other cases where people have been let go , in the same circumstance.
It's total BS when you can prove your not guilty and still get nailed due to an officers lie.
Let's just say everyone is speeding and pull anyone over just because you have suspicion.
Can I do the same thing and say I think officers are up to no good when they are sitting next to each other. Say I think they are passing a doobie.
