Laser Stealth Licence plate coating? (similar to Veil)

Hey guys this is my first post. Anyway, I been looking at this board a lot recently and have learned a lot. Anyway, I was looking at Veil's site and remembered I bought a similar product off ebay about 4-5 years ago called Laser Stealth for $20. Anyone hear of it? Its only for the licence plate.
