Some place specify that the plate MUST be displayed on the front bumper. Others kill the in the window idea by making it illegal to have objects affixed to the windshield (Obstruction).
Hence why I love Pennsylvania: one plate.
Hey, is it still possible to register a car in PA for out of state folk?
