Default Desktop unable to recognize C50

Recently my Cheetah C50 came in the mail today and I am happy with it so far. I also purchased the database updates for it today.

The problem I have right now is my desktop which runs under Windows XP Professional 32-bit with Service Pack 3, recognizes the Cheetah C50 as a "USB-Serial Controller D" and is unable to find the driver for it.

Without this driver I am unable to use the software to update and change the settings of the Cheetah C50.

Anyone else having this issue? I will have to contact Cheetah if nobody else has figured out this problem.

The driver that's required for the C50 is one that is installed as standard on almost all PCs.

As you don't have it, log into your account on SpeedCheetah.com. On the Account home page, click on the link for USB drivers and Technical FAQs. The driver information is contained there in the first question and answer.

Yeah I should have done that first. I got a PM and it fixed the problem, thanks for the quick replies.
