Default Cheetah Updates with New Home PC?

So our old home PC with XP finally died; we got a new one running Windows 7, Norton Seurity 2011, and Internet Explorer 9.

I've got the original Cheetah C100 CD with software and drivers V 1.0

Can i load this into the new computer and do updates, or is something else required?

    Thanks!

Don't know the answer to your question, but you may want to try Firefox, Palemoon, Google Chrome Canary Build, Safari as a browser. Panda Cloud Anti-Virus and IObit Anti-Malware are free for the basic version and don't consume the resources that the big name programs do.

Your Cheetah C100 CD should be just fine to load the drivers on your newer system to properly support the device. Basically you are just loading a "device driver" that tells Windows how to properly interface with the device. BUT...if for some reason you run into an issue with the old C100 driver CD not working with Win7, then I would suggest that you email Cheetah Customer/Tech Support with your issue. I have contacted Cheetah Tech Support numerous time with a wide variety of questions and they have always been EXTREMELY helpful with their answers. They are a European company, so be sure to allow for the time delay when expecting and answer to your question.
