Sarasota woman's red light-camera ticket wrong car, wrong city

Silvia Cuervo says her first red-light traffic camera ticket was mystifying, because it came from somewhere in North Florida where she hadn't been driving.

Oh, and the tag number listed on the ticket? It was not even remotely similar to the one on Cuervo's car.
And, though the violation notice does list a 2003 Nissan, the car in the evidence photos isn't even similar. It is a Mercury sedan.
