Default Can GPS units interfere with detectors?

I have a Garmin Streetpilot GPS system mounted on my dashboard. I would like to mount my x50 directly above it, but am worried that the unit could interfere with the detector. Anybody have experience on this?

I have the Garmin SP i5 on the left side of my RV mirror, and my Bel 995 below it and no problems. Plenty of warning time varified visually with the coppers!
