They are all LEGAL (except VA), no reason to hide it at all!!! People do not use one, period! But they all know about RDs, what they do for you, how they look like, cause I got really tired and pissed-off by tons of people following me (hiting the gas) as soon they saw I was running an RD in the windshield... couple of times, when I had a punk in the left lane (I never drive in the left line unless I have to pass), using me as his rabbit, I just slammed on the brakes to see what is he gonna do as the leader of the convoy... no way, he stopped speeding right away and became a quite boy in a second, no more rabbit for him
In El Paso I got stopped at a regular checkpoint, not the border patrol, they were checking the driving papers, my RD was right in their plain view, so, what's the problem??? In Miami, lots of cops downtown, my RD right in the middle of the windshield, so what's the problem??

For some LEO's traffic enforcement is not their thing. I have mentioned this in another post I made, most Leo's that I have talked to like working traffic because they find bad guys. Bad guys I mean people with warrants especially for serious crimes. A lot of norcotics are interdicted through traffic enforcement. Also, remember that Timmothy McVay was caught due to a basic traffic stop.
Outside Independence Hall when the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended, Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, "A republic, if you can keep it."

At least it's better than good old Kim Jong Il and those "1 500 km range" Taepodong-2's that go straight up in the air for 20 seconds, turn around, burrow 100 metres into the ground and explode
