New LIDAR guns

I was wondering what the name of the new LIDARS that look like Binoculars almost-ish, I see officers around here using those (THey put the thing over both eyes and apparantly according to my brother it looks like it has 2 handles on the bottom where they hold and I guess maybe trigger it)

I think its a Kustom unit.....or am I wrong?

Interesting that at the bottom of the page is a link to grant/funding agencies.
The Homeland Security Grant Program ??? Never realized traffic control was an issue for them. :roll:
