Hey thanks. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with everything on here. Especially since I don't have and never have owned a Valentine 1.
Outside Independence Hall when the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended, Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, "A republic, if you can keep it."

And as stated above it does ramp up much better than the RX65 and you definately can't go wrong with the BLUE display. I like how the RX65 has voice alerts, but lately the voice part of the voice alerts is hard to hear with the stero on at a normal volume. Both are great but I also side with the X50. So I guess I make X5! Hope this helps you out.

Ouch  So are you going to send it back or tough it out?

I think in another thread you said it doesn't even alert to the fact it's got problems. That could wind up costing you big time if you think you're protected and you've actually got something as useful as a piece of lumber in the window.

Well I think for now I will tough it out because I still have 30 days. But if it becomes too annoying I think I will return it and get the X50 since it seems to be having the least amount of troubles!
