I'm still researching. I was thinking about this one:

Scosche iUBTT Universal Bluetooth® transmitter for iPod®/MP3 players

which is a 3.5 mm plug.

I will update when I do get one, I might look around for some sales and at least do some more research... I wanna make sure it's decent if it's gonna cost like 100 bucks for tx + headset.

The key is for the headset to support A2DP, most of those for cell phones don't. At least I don't see it in their specs.

After looking at this some more, the bluetooth headphones from Motorola/Jabra/Plantronics do support A2DP. But they don't do cell phone handsfree. The Plantronics Pulsar 590E (or the A version) do handsfree and A2DP, plus it comes with the 3.5mm adapter for non-bluetooth devices - $120 on Amazon.

LittleoverPSL, I haven't tried the Bluetooth on my rd's yet but that's a good idea. I have to try it out on my Samsung 1rst, but I can't until I get the adaptor which is on it's way .

    Default Cheetah

Cheetah is working on something like this now. However it is going to be more for motorcycle riders. Like the hard, but with different LED colored lights for alerts and audio

    Should be out late winter

Looks like the Cheetah folks are big into the Bluetooth stuff. Awesome.

Until then, I looked into this some more. Most cell phone headsets I looked up support the headset/handsfree profiles but not A2DP (which is for streaming audio). So one has to go with bluetooth headphones.

I found the "Logitech Wireless Headphones for MP3" on amazon (http://tinyurl.com/twsn8) for $33. Be warned that the head/neck band is weak and will break (hence the cheap price), but can be reinforced. Something like the flexible steel strip in a wiper blade.
