Default If you were a traffic officer what radar unit would you want

    My choices:

    1) Bee 3
    2) Talon 2

I would want the Bee 3 because of POP and the Talon 2 because it seems very hard to pickup even at close range. One of the local departments use only Talon 2's and they are so hard to pick up compared to other units. Instant-on around a corner they are the most deadly units on the market IMO.

of the 2 choices I would say the Talon, Austin motorcycle cops use that to a lethal efficiency, very little warning to instant on...

K55 X band! So many people have turned their X band off or ignore the warnings, I would have a field day.

^^^^what he said, in 5+ years of using an RD, the only place I ever had a real X band alert was NJ.

    Hello,

I would love a MPH BEE 3 and a new Stalker.

Then I own a few already:
    MPH K55
Kustom Hawk Dual K (for sale)
    Kustom Eagle Ka
    Stalker ATR Ka
    Stalker Dual Ka Single horn
    Targetron K dual

So would love a newer unit to play with.

    Take care,
    Spinner

    Default my ohoice

My choice.....because I would F*** up all those people who have turned off their xband detection on their radar detectors!!!!!

And those who still have their xband "on", I would be giving them a true treat when they pick up my signal!!!

    Decatur Hunter

Hand-held moving/stationary (right) and stationary only (left) X-Band Radar, Has dual LCD displays for reading locked target and actual target speeds (stationary model) and patrol and target speeds (moving model). This unit has a Internal Circuit Test switch / Segment test switch, range control, audio and squelch control. It has error messages for RFI and Low Voltage. The handle trigger switch is used for locking in speed readings and RF hold to defeat radar detectors. This radar will read the speed of a vehicle traveling toward or away from the radar in stationary mode, and toward the radar in moving mode. This unit will run on any 12 Volt cigar plug receptacle. With certification, tuning fork, hard shell foam lined carry case, and 1 year warranty. Stationary version $345 Moving/Stationary version $495

And the price aint all that bad for 5 bills!
