Plus some VEIL on your headlights and you're good to go. The main laser target is going to be that license plate which is why I suggest that location. LaserShield might help you out too but up to you on that one. With the size of your headlights and distance from the plate, VEIL would be a no-brainer.

Why there? Just put them over your plate and not below, it would give almost as good coverage as what you mentioned on the plate, and it will cover the headlights better.Originally Posted by robert

It may, but you'd be well off with some VEIL on the lights as well. Remember, the license plate is the first place they'll target, so you want the most coverage there.
No place to put the Blinder heads above the plate unless you want them mounted to the top of the bumper... they can't / shouldn't be behind the grill.
