I at least did some research when I bought my first RD.

I knew the wal-mart/radio shack units were garbage and the high end were too expensive so i bought my 1660. It's been a great detector. countless saves and only two times did it fail me. Once was instant on once was my stupidity so i guess both can be attributed to user error.

Now that i have my rx65 i'm kinda shocked that the 1660 did me so well. I can pick up signals WAY farther in advance compared to the 1660 so i can hang back farther w/ rabbits.
