Someone in Canada could always build a HERF gun and fry their Spectres on a parked, unattended police car
herf gun? high energy radio frequency?

i've always wanted to make some sort of EMP grenade or focused EMP gun tht i could take out electronic devices with. A grenade would have a kill radius of about 20' or so radius and the emp gun could have a 5 degree or so beamwidth

i'm sure that would work against some spectre rdd's

So who's going to get a HERF gun and help us out up in Ontario? How expensive are these HERF guns?

A 1000 watt microwave will be effective at inducing significant electrical power through any conductive object. It will certainly obliterate any piece of electronic equipment you put in it.
