I was going to say V1 or X50 rev 5, but since you already ordered a refurbished V1, I hope you enjoy it. Let me know how you like that refurbished V1. I have always wondered about their performance.

Just called V1 and got a refurb unit and remote display. Should ship out today and arrive tuesday..... She said it came with a 30 day return policy and 1 year factory warranty... I think after my set back on the STI im going to stick with the V1 till something comes out that is the detector of all detectors.....

I loved my V1's but i just thought they were a lil ugly. But hey i have never been upset with it performance.....

It is the inner beauty that counts and let me tell you V1 has plenty

They are not refurb unit but "returned unit" is what VR customer service told me. Also dont they upload it with the latest software and frimware????

No sure what all Val. does with a new model that was sent back within its 30 day trial period. Heck still new...

Unless the previous owner cooked it in the sun for 28 days. But for the savings and same warranty, if someone was tight on budget they cant go wrong.

I would say RX65. I feel like it's easily programable and i like haeing the LED screen. I also like the good filter of the RX65 since i don't like to be disturbed unless it's the real deal.

I spoke with them yesterday about ordering a returned unit and they told me all returned units are brought up to new specs, and I asked him about revisions specifically and he said it would be a .863.
