Default SML results, what a joke!

That's the best they could come up with. How about spending more time on testing detectors under more real world conditions than beeching about how people are using your "certification". The radar tests are the lamest they have ever done. The "certification" has reached the lowest common denominator level to see how many manufacturers we can get to fork over some licensing fees!

Meh, the results were pretty boring to read overall -- only thing interesting was the laser detection rates. Again, it just proved that the V1 is the king of laser with no competition in sight

    I'm thinking here
    http://www.speedzones.com/

Lost of high tech pics . Old men and young lady's yeah right that's what detectors are all about. Mate that's dogs balls . . . . . . How much does it cost them to do this sort of rubbish? I can see why Mike V will not go to these test he knows it's a joke and he knows the V1's the best already. I'm sure all the old guy's end up drunk rolling on a floor of a stripe joint by 8.30 that night.

Thank God for no B.S GOL

Yeah, I was surprised at how well the Cobra seemed to fare, despite Roy's comments.

They could have done your suggestion years back. I have never seen a report or test using "real world conditions" when it comes to testing radar detectors and i am sure they know better why it is not being tested that way.

guys be very scared of Q3. in a 8 or 9 car caravan I was the last car and Q3 car was 2nd. for 12 straight miles I got X & K falses from them.

there detectors are some of the poorest made I have ever got to use. and i'm 95% sure they use the same antennas as RMR.

and good god they leak sooooooooo bad.

what the article does not tell you is how crappy that cobra is. it falses on Ka like nothing else. and I'm pretty sure they ran out of road for them & Q3 on the spectre III test. finally, I had the pleasure of speaking to one of there very own engineers and have him tell me that when it came to laser jamming it didn't matter if it was day or night. that frankly night time did not matter. and HEADLIGHTS would jam to some degree.

    I rest my case!

the sad thing it's been so long I've forgotten most of it.
