Default lol Kentucky - Ka fun on BG Parkway

Well, I made my annual trip across Kentucky, this time with my RX65 that I purchased in June. My trip begins just east of Lexington (North eastern KY) and ends in Western Kentucky. I noticed something new on my trip across the Bluegrass Parkway.
First off, once I got just west of Lexington (iirc), I noticed that there was a LEO in a Dodge Charger with a customer pulled (needless to say, those are NOT common in KY).
I ran into a TON of C/O Ka from Lexington to Louisville. iirc, this is I-65.
I made a wrong turn in Lexington, so I had to take the highway south from Louisville to get back to the BG parkway. Again, lot of C/O Ka sitting on the side of the road. Though, I never ran into a LEO that was free to deal with me (only in the other lane running rear Ka w/ a median guard blocking him).

Now, being in north eastern kentucky, I never ran into I/O. However, halfway on the BG parkway, I ran into a LEO running I/O (couldn't locate him) at night with very little traffic. I was pretty sure I was right on him being that I got a full alert with no advance notice (which I wouldn't expect since there weren't many people on the road). Good thing Kentucky recently raised the PSL to 70 :P (I was doing 76). First time I ran into I/O, and furthers my hatred to drive at night lol.

All in all, learned a few things on my trip that I wasn't expecting to see. Hope this info helps people traveling through KY or live here. Chime in if you live in KY .

yeah, I've found a lot of co K band around my area Winchester / Mt. Sterling. however the state guys do run laser on the exit ramp in Winchester that gets on to 64W.

lexington PD patrols the few miles they on 64 pretty hard in the late evenings with CO K...

then I've found 2 Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement guys running CO K on 75 North.

since I live in western kentucky, I don't see laser as a huge threat (unlike in NY etc). that's why I haven't bothered looking at counter measures. 300-500 dollars is quiet a bit for a laser defense that will barely get any action around here.

And about the late evening part: reason why I don't travel at night lol.

I live in Pikeville (the eastern most part of kentucky, the little tip) and their is a moderate laser threat here. Typically around rush hour you see a KSP sitting sideways with that noticable ultralyte hanging out the window 8) This is just recent though, interstate 66 (future interstate that will run from DC to Fresno) is in the process of being approved to be ran right through pikeville. If it does I can only imagine the difference in enforcement. Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement rules the roads here in Pikeville though, We have a KVE post, and a KSP Post (post 9) here and they are about 4 miles apart lol

yeah, in Maysville, I saw the vehicle enforcement squad out and about, tho I'm not too familar with them. I'll assume their main object is enforcing traffic laws lol. Don't see them in western kentucky. Although, I just got back in Paducah (haven't seen this town in like 3-4 months), and it's changed quiet a bit. Police are too busy handling moronic wrecks and stuff. That and detectors are useless in the built up area. Door openers everywhere.

Oh, I was around the exit of the west kentucky parkway or so, and I noticed a cop sitting on the ramp. Only got an alert as I got parallel to his car, but caught him before my RD went off as I saw him.
