Do cobras leak Ka 33.6XX?

Just today, I have picked up two Ka 33.6XX signals (I've never seen a LEO using Ka in my area). The alerts both happened on pretty short notice and stayed at one bar. They also ended after I passed a small cluster (3-4 cars) of cars coming towards me. It also happened in a place where I only pick up an X band false.

Could these be from Cobras? Do Cobras leak in that frequency?

100 percent its a leaky RD but i dont think it means that its 100 percent a Cobra. But i do think Cobras leak at 33.xx but today I had one leak 35.3XX. Annoying isnt it? It will startle me, i start to brake like a jackass in clear road in front. Now i know why the Cobra hatred is intense. !

Yeah, they do. They leak close enough to 33.8 to trip Ka POP detection on most detectors. they'll probably trip non-POP detection on this frequency too at close enough of range.

i tell people they're garbage and not to buy them but most of them think i'm just trying to sell them the more expensive v955... idiots

and i got in trouble by my manager for telling people cobras are garbage

Okay that's kinda what I thought. I was startled at first though because it was Ka and I've never seen Ka around here, so I braked. And then I realized that I only get an X band false there so it must be something else. If it would have been during daylight and I thought quicker, I would have looked. But I assume it was a cobra. It is indeed frustrating.
