    Default I-NET Distributors BUSTED!

I-Net Distributors/Audio Video Man are long time "UnAuthorized" dealers of Escort. Beltronics and other electonic items on Ebay. I became aware of a joint investigation during the SEMA show, however the records were under seal. Today our Professor Jim located the filings after they became public record (thanks Jim)

It seems like they have problems controlling their own distribution channel. If they were in control of the channels like they should be it would not happen. Escort is making these units in high volume, and apperantly has not done much to check who they sell to. Escort is ultimately sending out these units, and could easily stop it by cleaning up their dealers. They are sleeping in the bed they made for themselves IMO.

I hate to say it, but V1 has a much better command of their distribution channel.

I dunno, I've bought over 30 concealed displays from them in about a year and they've never questioned me.

If they're talking about controlling their distribution line, I could just be reselling them out of my trunk in Mexico City. They don't know that. There's no reason one person would need 30 concealed displays. I would be suspicious of myself if i were them, lol.

...they don't really have one. That's kind of an apples to oranges comparison. Belscort relies on third-party retailers and distributors to get their products out, while V1 keeps it all in-house.

Concealed displays are considered an accessory, thats probably why no questions were asked.
