Default Couldn't Wait! Part One 9500Ci

For the last 24 hours I've been sitting in my office looking at the 9500ci. My plan was to open the package and do the install later this week but just like any kid with a new toy I finally broke down and opened her up.

Friday RacerX is coming over to our new location and we will be doing the install and video taping it. After the install I'll do some more short videos on the ramp up (most asked question in PMs) and other testing videos.

Then I'll drive around with it for a week and write my final review.

oh my!!! I'm really excited they have included known location for cameras, and have added USB support for future updates.

I'm dying to see / hear the audible ramp up!

If you get any more in send it my way

In a separate package there is a USB cable that interfaces with the 9500ci which allows you to connect your computer to install the software and enforcement camera database updates.

Wow! i guess they were waiting for the CI to do something with the USB.

    Sweet!

Belscort is really, really playing a trump-card after trump-car in this industry as of late; and I for one love it. Just putting the hammer down in the countermeasure department... flexing the muscle only a company that big can!

I think of particular notice is the fact that the ZR-4 comes pre-programmed in RECEIVE ONLY mode, and you have to switch it into Jam mode... hmmmm. 8)

Nice point of interest there Roy!

It is funny, the zombie-V1 propaganda has really silenced as of late, right after the STi I have felt this funny decline in that pish-posh (and with good reason)!

Man, I swore to myself that after I bought my X50, I wouldn't buy another RD until it crapped on me. But this 9500ci is just sounding SO delicious.

What is SO GREAT about this is that it uses the same awesome antenna as the STI-R which takes sensitivity to V1 and above levels. Team that up with 9500i's GPS and boys we have a winner!
RIP Duncan my BELOVED black lab son 8/7/99-3/23/11. I will miss you DEARLY.

    V1 and above levels?

    Lets see the proof?

Even if its true, V1 has had this sensitivity since around 1992 and now in 2008 the others barely catch up to little old Mike working out of his Ohio headquarters?
