    So the 9550ci does not have the A mode(speed sensitive) feature anymore for K and X bands that was available with the 9500i and instead came back with autoscan mode.

    My humble suggestion to Escort is to have the option to just buy the 9500ci alone or buy the package with the shifters. My point is, some members may already have the ZR3 heads and others may not be able to afford the package price..

    BTW, will the ZR3 heads work with the new 9500ci?

    Is it me of was the ramp up not the best when it was demonstrated....

    Maybe I am just used to my v1 with the ramp up on that since I haven't useds my v995 recently

    Thats what I thought...Only if they could go back to the tones that the Escort 8500 X50 had...After living with a solid full alert tone i can't have anything else unless it's really close

    It's not as good as my V1 or SRX, but it's good enough for me. I just need it to be good enough to put an accurate picture in my head of what the display would look like, so I can use my favorite display, which is spec display.

    There is no way that the 9500ci would not use the 9500i's type of auto mode. I think it's just a terminology thing.

    X2, not like I can afford this anyways, but I was not impressed with that ramp-up at all... I would much prefer the X50 Rev 5 of mine (my favorite), and or the V1's solid ramp up.



    I really want to see more FULL videos of just laser jamming, we all know the 9500ci is going to work and all for radar, so thats great... but the real stuff is the laser jammer (ZR4).


    I say this because IMO: We all know that its going to be a good performer on radar, the question is: How good? We already know its within the ranks of 'the top tier' though, what we really need is to see what the ZR4 can do. Its seems promising so far, but only extensive testing and video documentation will tell the tale whether or not its a worthy jammer.
