8500 X50 or 9500i
I've been reading the reviews and have seen the negative responses about problems with the GPS blocking feature etc.
Is it worth sticking with a brand new x50 blue, or updating to a brand new 9500i?
Looking for everyones opinions..especially those 9500i owners!

yea, I get crazy Xband alerts from the automatic doors around the small town areas that I live (mostly shopping centers) and can't shut Xband off due to the fact that they frequently use it in my state and surrounding states.

Order a 9500i at Escort and take it for a test drive. Personally I wouldn't use an x50 any more.

9500i is just a well rounded superior upgrade to the x50. It has higher sensitivity, and some really nice features. I love the heads up display it offers for your current speed. When mounted correctly your eyes never have to leave the road.because of the ability to block out the false alerts? or another reason(s)?
