laser falses

Hey I was just wondering what kind of things can set off a false laser alert on detectors. As of late my detector has had a few falses with laser. I dont know if my detector is starting to lose it or what.

it actually could be, i have read somewhere that some faulty escorts randomly alert to laser or go off when the horn is beeped..but if u think u alert to laser a lot try a v1

Actually Escort do this with a noisy electrical system... aka the electrical system is booty, so it will 'randomly' go off with a turn signal, brake lights, horn, acceleration, deceleration etc.

I consistently get 2 laser falses on 695 West in MD.

Are these like speed cameras? Are they taking my speed and picturing my license number and going to send me a ticket? Do these things even exist?
