Default Travelling to Montreal with V1 & Blinder

This weekend I'll be driving from NH to Montreal. I'll cross the border in Vermont. If I take my V1 down just before the border and put it in the center console and shut the jammer off will I have any issues?

Nope...I frequently drive up to Montreal or toronto with no problems at the boarder...Before I approach I take my V1 down..

I usually keep my jammers on bu they double as parking sensors..Though I have never experienced a laser hit in canada

i have seen laser used a lot in canada in the summers....the small border place in VT sucks...some old guy searched my entire car including my bags when i was coming back at 12:15 AM...neways i would not run the v1 cuz spectres will pick u up...and i think in Quebec its a ridiculous fine....ontario is not too bad...but dont go over 150 km/h cuz that means 1 week in jail and car towed...and like $1000 fine...that law doesnt apply in quebec

Thanks, I don't plan on going much over the PSL in Canada so I should be safe with everything off then.

That VT border does suck (US side). They seem to be really strict there and love to search.

I have had a V1 taken in Ontario and Quebec. Quebec returned it after the fine. We have a place about a mile from the border and I drive there frequently from Saratoga.

At times the border people will make you put the V1 in the trunk, but the bigger problem is that they think that if you are willing to bring an illegal device into the country, what else are you willing to bring across?

I doubt you will see laser and mostly in Quebec they have the PLIII.

aaaaahhhhhh.....come on valentine, what the hell. I want a Spectre proof V1. I have family in Montreal also, and I want to visit them but I want to take a RD along. Anyone know where I might be able to rent a STI for my trip?
