This is a must buy for virginia travelers and D.C. Carrry one in your car so when U get pulled you can hand this over. It literally could save U hundreds of dollars so U would't have to give Leo your good stuff and all for under fifty bucks what a steal. Oh and don't forget our Canadian friends this would also be helpful. America what a place what will we think of next. With two installments maybe U pay one and Virginia would pay the other because posession is 9/10 of the law.
