Best Combo for my 02 Grand Cherokee

What is the most effective and cost efficient detector/jammer combo for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

It would depend on what color the car is and where you live.

Either a V1, Bel RX65 or Escourt X50 would be the best radar detectors.

For laser most people use Veil, LaserSheild and Blinder.

I live in upstate NY, I just got a ticket and the gun used was a stalker dual. I was planning on using veil, but I also want to find a pretty decent detector

You can't go wrong with the above 3 listed. Some claim the V1 is the best but it's the most expensive and doesn't have many options, although I don't have 1 so I can't really say good or bad about it.

I love all the options my Bel has though.

The lighter color the car and if it has metallica paint makes it more reflective and easier to see from far away.

In upstate NY i would recommend the top 3 (V1, BEL Rx65, Escort 8500 X50) also the BEL V995 should serve you well when paired with "smart speeding"

buddy knock out that V-1 and get a X-50 or RX-65 if u want decent dont let these's V-1 lovers force u to buy what we call a enthusiast radar detector unless u really like and love the thrill of radar guns and there forensic's if u just want a decent like what u said u will have more of a thrill with a RX-65 or a X-50.
