The whistler rev C platform seems to be doing a really nice job on KA so far. I would say the Pro78SE , you cant go wrong with whistler , their the best rds for their price

If you love her you'll get her a 9500ix![]()
I have to agree. Both my girl and Freebird's girl love their 9500ix. It does all the thinking for them, so they don't have to really learn how it works. When it goes off, slow down. Pretty simple. It's also super quiet, which almost every woman seems to prefer.
It is expensive, so if that makes it a no-go, then I'd say the exact same 8500 you got is the best budget option. It's still the best 35.5 Performer is that price range.
yea but I dont want to brake down all the time and have to send it in. I dont mind if mine brakes down ill take the hassel and time send it in. I dont want to buy her and 8500 and have it brake down 5 days later.
dude...if you get on a knee and DON'T have a ring in your pocket, that would likely be a fatal error. there are a small number of women in the world that have a cool enough sense of humor to allow you to pull a stunt like that

in all seriousness though, depending on how "tech saavy" your girl is, the less fidgeting that she has to do with it, the better. i don't mind taking something like a RD and tweaking all of the settings to best suit my needs. my wife would plug the thing in and take off down the road
