Would this be instant on?

So I'm traveling with a fellow forum member and I see these two chargers, they only run Ka on that highway and they had it off. Is this IO from the vid or did he just flip it on to brake test the two of us?

That is what I feared. If they start using that technique on that highway it's a done deal. Normally just keep it one and I can pick them up a good distance away.

Well, from now on I'd slam the brakes every time I see a LEO on the side of the road even if it looks like they have someone pulled over. It looks to me like your LEOs are doing what mine do sometimes: they were faking a pullover.

Because the average motorist doesn't slow down when they see a LEO is already occupied with a customer (stealth dodge charger).

I/O is only scary if they are good at it. Around here, they aren't too good at it (thank God).

Defiantly I/O, but I don't think he hit you. I think he was using his rear antenna and he I/O'ed somebody behind you. If he would have used his front antenna and hit the rear of your car your V1 would have given you a stronger alert.
