You won't find any mention of what this feature does exactly or the prescribed benefits in either the C65 or RX65 manuals.

It's as though the engineers at Bel came up with an ingenious method of improving response times and kicking up the sensitivity another notch and didn't tell the marketing guys.

But thats exactly what it does...........the boys at Bel decided to break up Ka superwide to cut down on scan time (primarily for the guys in Europe who desparetly needed more range on Gatso's and the like........Intl mode) and were kind enough to include a USA mode as well.

It's Belscorts best kept secret I guess.
I would like to see a test to see if USA mode would or how much it improves KA response times.
I had an RX65 and Usa vs Intl mode was noticeable! Imo the RX65 is the best unit next to the V1 that I have owned thus far. Just opinion though
