i've never EVER heard of this happening.

I'm pretty sure they HAVE to give everything back to you after court is finished. This isn't canada. This guy must of done something seriously wrong if he pissed the cop off so much to take his detector,

I laughed so hard when he said that lol. Get a Redline and hardwire it behind the tint strip. Problem solved. It has worked like a charm for me on my trips through VA.
