Buck - The way the V1 works in these conditions is impressive to me and so far the alerts come in ample time before the LEO comes into view. Perhaps if my driving was more on open highways, I would go for the more reaction time gained with sweep changes. Considering that the RedLine and V1 appear to be the two top dogs in performance, the V1 does satisfy my need for excelent sensitivity so I doubt there is another RD that would perform better than the V1.
This is where the RedLine really excels, it has an incredible ability to see through thick vegetation and around curves unlike the V1. But all in all both the V1 and RedLine will save you almost every time.
