    Default 102" Dual Whips

I just bought two DXE-WP-102 whips for the Nissan truck, pretty excited to get started using them. Anybody using these 102"ers (or equivalent) and if so how do you like the performance?

I believe co-phased antennas will wreak havoc on your SWR if mounted too close together...

    Gotcha,

Thanks for the advice, any recommendations on how far apart they should be?

Good read/info. I didn't think 2' of coax would make that much difference on the field pattern though. Thanks srtga!
