Default ZR3 and Bel LP 905 on C5 Vette

Had these for awhile and finally mounted them. They are a great interface with my Bel RX 65 RD that i also have hard wired into the control interface. For those not familiar they are basically the same jammers as the Escort ZR3.

Put all three in front where the arrows show. I have to run a front plate and have a plastic cover that gives the nose a little better shape. Technically the cover or anything over the plate is illegal in my state too.

Cut a hole in the plastic plate cover for the rear jammer. Put the Laser Shield over the plate and have some tinted covers coming for the fog and running lights. Should be able to tell when they target the plate cause it will show "rear laser" hit on my RD.

Snows gone now but raining all the time so haven't been out to find some LEO's yet. Not my DD so try to keep it out of bad weather.

Here's some pics with the lights down and up.

From watching eric's videos (who runs a ZR3 on his Vette) I know you'll at the very least be covered from PLIII's

Nice install and nice car

Thanks for the complement. I think on the one of the GOL tests they had a chart, the red and green one. Says the ZR3 is 80% good against all the guns they tested based on total PT distance and course distance, except the Atlanta Stelth? It definetly PT's at farther distance than some better jammers.

Hoping with the the lack of headlights and grill on my front end they will have to target the plate. Then with the laser shield and three units up front it will be more effective at closer range. We'll see.

Corvettes are notoriously difficult to laser. It is why Blinder uses it for their demo videos. Enjoy your jammer. They're fun as hell. =)

^ Especially black ones, with the iceburgs down.

    Damned stealthy.

If only they didn't look the part. 8)

Don't read too much into that percentage statement - that's just a "quickie" overall.

Study, instead, the performance of the jammer against each individual and unique threat.

As long as your chosen jammer covers you, for your most commonly met threats (like erickonphoenix and his PL-III situation), you'll be just fine.

All three heads up front, black color and flip down headlights your are well covered...I would suggest maybe getting 3M clear tape or lasershield for the front plate for a bit more long range stealthiness
