Quick LI installation question - PICS

So, I got everything installed. Late last night the L.I. did not power up. I suspected the wiretaps as I had always done it the old fashioned way previously (soldering).

So I redid one tap and now it says "Welcome" and after about 20 seconds I think it says "Parking deactivated."

Is that all there is? It doesn't say system check OK, or something like that? I know ZTZ1010 got a warning message that one head was bad. So do you only get a waring message if there is a problem?

I know I can do a basic check it with a TV remote.

if there is a problem LI says it after "Welcome" and before "Parking aid deactivated"... so what you have is OK!

Definitely not a stupid question.

I received and installed my LI tonight (thanks Cliff!), and one of the first things I wondered when it powered on was, "is that what I'm supposed to hear"?

The manual isn't very clear on the point.

Good question.

Pics will follow once I get the install to where it needs to be. (Better mounting of the switch, probably an external speaker, and better leveling of the heads.)

The PA (Parking Aid) is active only for the first 15 seconds or so after the initial "Welcome" announcement.
