Inside the grill and Obstructed behind it are two different things! This install affords both Stealthiness as well as a line of sight rendering it a very affective and uncompromised install. They might fair better protruding slightly more through the grill slots but this was obviously a consideration factored in by and acceptable to the owner.
My hats off to Sound in Motion for their excellent installation!

I dunno, guys. Did you get a good luck at the rear heads? Maybe it's just the angle of the photo, but it looks like they are pointing down a good 15 degrees. That can't be good.![]()
^^ i noticed that too.
and they're bubble UP. with the trunk hand lip above it, i think it would've been best bubble DOWN. the same would go for the front kidneys. not sure how it would handle overpass shots like that.
As the larger area of the rear, if cutting the horizontal plane of the car in half, is above the plate, the bubbles should be mounted up to protect this greater exposed area so up is correct, IMHO. As to the angle, the PICS may be visually deceiving and as I spoke to the installer emphasizing the importance of a level install, I'm sure it is an optical illusion.
Same for the front, however, I do agree that the sensors could stand a bit of an adjustment that the sensors are more exposed affording them a better line of sight ahead and up. With that said, I have seen more secreted installs provide JTG performance with LI.

His front and rear was tested with the Pro3, UL LR, and LA. The rear was completely JFG. I might have or almost nipped him once at something rediculous like 45 ft, but that was done by aiming at the far lower outer corner of the bumper with the LA. Believe me when I say, Leederek's @ss end is stealth. His front end is covered well also. To put it bluntly, the leos have no chance against that car unless they resort to exxxxxxtreme off-axis shots.
