Those Acura installs are always tough, with such limited room to work with. Looks like your guy made the best of it. Definitely nice looking!

You had it professional done? How did they attach the antenna and heads?
Also, do you have factory nav? I noticed you have a GPS as well?
Thanks SS. The install was quite tuff and the install guy is quite talented, but he had a stomach virus so i had to double check the more obvious things.
Everything is so tightly fit to utilize space efficiently its very difficult to do anything with this car. But when done its nice.
I have a long time good friend that owns a car/home audio place that sold the CI to me and helped me install it (he did most of the work). For the antenna he made a custom mount that got attached to the grill inside. The heads he did similarly with the mounts. Lots of shaving/cutting to get it right.
No factory nav, just my DROID with Google maps & additional APP's like tapster. At night my car looks like a space ship, its quite cool. Especially with everything in blue. Maybe ill take a night shot and post it.
Sweet stuff bro.
How much did they charge you to put it in? or did u buy the ci together?
Nice setup!!!!!
Now lets hear some reports on great saves.
I got a very, very good price including installation. That's partly why i didn't end up getting the RedLine![]()
Thanks!
No real saves but plenty of exzamples of the awsome sensativity with KA & K LEO encounters.
I have been running my 9500ix with it and got a KA cobra false on my way home tonight, but the CI didn't false at all. I'm curious if Escort put in segmentation logic for frequencies that are frequently falses.
Will hope to be getting some TrueSpeed encounters at the end of the month when i take a small vacation to VT. Always have an encounter or two on my way up/down.
lol how well of deal? I guess you don't wanna say but My guess is under 1k
Figured i would include a grainy night shot.
The DROID & iPod touch aren't normally that bright.
