    The electrical connection won't suffer, but if you use the stock hardwire cord the little tang is weak. It slowly loses its spring and eventually falls off. You'll be crimping an new RJ-14 plug on there eventually, so be sure to leave yourself some slack.

    Yea, supposedly it very important and forRDs(not only LJ) to be levelled! I think I read it somewhere around here(post by SS).
    I am still concerned that I may have loses in sensitivity since V1 is not right on windshield even though it is so close. It hard to tell even when I test it in front of doors!
