the top pic shows them toed out. Also try something, do another erase and loading the new software again. Unless those heads are toed out like it looks they are I would try reloading the software.

For sure not toed out. I can put a straight edge across the front of both heads and it's perfect. There is no issues with them being level, straight or firing forward. Honestly I'm just gonna leave it as is. I don't feel like playing all these silly games! Next time I go to a test session I will try a reinstall then. Most of my encounters are pl3 so I'll just hope I don't come across a LA (which I have). I'm afraid if I do a reinstall it won't work at all or I won't know if it's working.
