Little l vs big l??

The manual talks about x band being effected in the l mode but does it have any effect on k,ka or laser???

It will not have an effect on Ka/laser. K band will be effected depending on your programmed automute settings.

That's weird. Just called valentine and lady answering phone says it does. Didn't really sound sure of herself though. Maybe I'll call back and hope for a different person. What you guys run yours on???

What we run depends widely on how many k falses are in your area, and if k-band is a threat in your area.


K band is not a threat in my area for the most part, so I run very aggressive k band muting.

I run the max 30 second muting, stay muted at any strength and rear k band muting. I run little l mode with the k band muted volume barely audible, just loud enough for me to hear it.
