Cell phone jammers

I got pulled over a few days ago for an expired tag. (it's been a bad couple of months lol) . . Anyways, I have the cell phone jammer right there on top of my dash, antennas and all that hanging out, and all he asked was "you got a lotta gear in there what does all that do?" I told him . . .
"This is a cell phone booster so I can make calls when I'm out in central Texas and coverage gets weak"
"This is a police scanner for locating rush hour accidents when I'm on the way to work"
"This is a video camera to record my driving in case of an accident, it's off right now because the battery's dead"
"This is my iPhone which I plug into my stereo so I can listen to history podcasts when I'm on lunch break."
"This is a Valentine radar detector which I didn't really need for this stop. It doesn't warn me my inspection sticker is about to expire"

If he was a Leo of discernment. He would say, please demonstrate these features for me. As he turns on his cell phone lol
