its down to having beyond line of sight range!!!!
and because of this they have had to have the junk mode to stop false alerts, he said it was the only way you can get beyond line of sight detection on pop without too many false alerts..
and what causes the false alerts??.......mike says its cheap radar detector emissions which are like k band pop signals, but strange thing is it seems to be affecting ka band!?
he said he was dodging speed traps and logging falses! i think he should have gone through some traps to see the ka junk in action against a trap...
