question about buying refurb v1...

ok i called them today gave them all my info... they took the credit card info and told me they would not bill me till they get a refurb in to send me...they said right now they had none and had no idea how soon they would.. after reading the posts here i figured it would not take to long to get one so i did the order anyway, well i just checked the bank statement and it shows they already ran the card through??? do they always do this? i thought and was told they didnt bill you till it ships? could it be i guess they really had one and just didnt want to tell me they did?? thanks for any info

If they charged your card then they should have one. The standard line is we have nothing at this time. Call them back and ask for a tracking number. This will give you all the info.

It wouldnt supprise me i some come off the new production line.

well it already shipped today. wow 1 day for a refurn they didnt have any of?? man they do try to push the new ones...

of course they try to push the new ones, they sell for more. however, i am surprised they still offer the one year warranty on the refurbs; if selling the new units was a really high priority, i would not expect them to do that.
