Concealed display question

When using a concealed display, does the mute button on the V1 still work, or do you have to use the mute button on the concealed display?

yes.. everything should work on the main unit but just no display

x6 - I think f_399 counts as 2 x4's.

Its a great piece - I can't imagine having to look up at my RD and than down at my speedometer. <3 them when they are 3 inches apart. Also get the LED's from lifespeed.

Wouldnt 4X4=16 so you would be X17 right?

Talk to the man who has the stickie at the top of this board, he makes the displays with diffrent colored led's, looks great so much better than the pictures suggest.

The operator at Valentine said that the mute button on the V1 WOULD NOT WORK, only the one on the concealed display. I guess you guys know more than them.

I have my display behind my honda clock, and couldnt if I wanted to push that mute button. My mute works, on my actuall unit, and yours will to. There must have been some confusion between the two of you.
